Tantra, Tantric Sex, Sacred Sexuality, Meditation and Massage Workshops - these are held in the spacious workshop room with log fires in the winter evenings or out on the patio/lawns during the summer!

Up and Coming Workshops and Retreats - note: not all our workshops are naturist based, many are for non naturists and are fully clothed or clothing optional.

Mid August 2008 - Summer tantra camp -  3 days of tantra workshops for couples and singles, with John & Tara, tantra teachers  and owners of Alto Sax Retreat Centre. E mail for more details.

 

16th - 18th May 2008 Tantra & Bliss weekend workshop for couples and singles. With Laurie Handlers from New York, USA. £650 per couple, £375 per individual.

 

26th - 27th April (Saturday 10am - Sunday 5pm) 2008 Introduction to Tantra, weekend workshops for couples and singles, with John & Tara, tantra teachers  and owners of Alto Sax Retreat Centre.

 

28th - 30th March 2008 - learn the art of yoni and lingam massage, weekend workshop for couples and singles. with John & Tara, tantra teachers  and owners of Alto Sax Retreat Centre.

 

 

Summer workshops 2007 - No new weekend workshops are planned now until March 2008. However, we still offer individual couples and singles (women only) workshops on an ongoing basis. Please call us for more details on 01376 344 911. These are offered at times to suit you for couples or single women who prefer to just work with myself and Tara without the inclusion of other people around. Prices start at £335 per couple or single person not including acommodation, or £580 including accomodation three meals, free wine in the evening and use of the pool, hot tub, sunbathing on the patio over looking our lake and log fires in Winter.

Saturday 28th April 2007 One day Tantra workshop for singles with John & Tara.

Fully clothed, although outside of the workshop it is clothing optional.

Learn the basics of tantra - includes breathwork, excersises for PC development, dance for increasing sensuality in a relaxing and safe environment. £135 (No charge for women) 10am - 5pm includes food, use of spa / log fires / swimming pool.

 

13th - 15th April 2007 Sensual massage for couples

Weekend massage workshop - learn to massage each other for relaxation

and improve sensuality and intimacy in your relationship.Led by John & Tara who run Alto Sax Retreat Centre. John is trained in Swedish massage and tantra.

16th - 18th March 2007 Tantra workshop for couples

Led by John & Tara - optional clothing tantra workshop embracing both buddhist and neo tantra techniques. This weekend will give you a wonderful expreience of sacred sexuality.

Whether you are on a spiritual path or just interested in tantra we will explore tehcniques for working with the breath, tantra excersises for increasing orgasmic energy, intimacy, developing inner peace and sensuality in our sexual relationhsips. Courses


Alto Sax one day Tantra workshop for men - to be confirmed.

There are many Goddess workshops just for women, but where are the ones for men (Gods)?

This work shop will be led by John, the owner of Alto Sax Retreat Centre, based near Dunmow, Essex, who in the past has led Men's group self empowerment workshops, some of which are still running on a regular basis from their inception over 15 years ago!

The workshop will cover the following areas:

What is tantra

Tantric breathing for developing and controlling sexual energy

PC muscle development and voluntary ejeculation

Tantra and issues specifically related to Men

Exercises in tantric methods for tantric lovemaking including yab yum positions, female ejaculation, yoni and lingam massage, kundalini breathing.

The workshop is mainly clothed but there are certain exercises that can be done naked if participants are willing to explore this in a safe environment.

There is overnight accommodation for those who are interested. Some of the participants are bringing their  partners with them and staying overnight although particpation in the actual workshop is strictly for those booked into the workshop only.

Costs of the workshop - £75.00 10 am - 5pm. Please bring your own packed lunch.

Overnight accommodation - minimum of two nights (Friday and Saturday) - £225 per night per room (single or double occupancy). Overnight accommodation includes use of hot tub, log fires at night in the workshop room, breakfast, light lunch and evening meal, plus free wine in the evenings.

I am limiting the workshop to only 8 men, so if you are interested please give me a call asap. We will need to take a credit card non refundable deposit of £45 for the workshop or £100 if you are staying at Alto Sax.

About Me- I am the owner of Alto Sax Retreat Centre which focuses on optional clothing retreats, tantra and massage courses. I am qualified in Swedish Massage and I have been practising tantra for over 20 years and have trained with some of the Worlds best Tantra teachers including Mantack Chia, John Hawken, Laurie Handlers and Leora Lightwoman. I have given many workshops on tantra and I have taught workshops as a University lecturer and also given workshops in the USA on meditation and tantra.

Together with Tara, we have also have been practising Tantra within our relationship for nearly 6 years now and also together have taught many couples tantra techniques when they have booked a one - on - one couple tantra workshop while staying at Alto Sax.

Learning tantra with just Men is a fantastic opportunity, we will be able to focus on the needs of Men within the tantric world, but also take away some techniques that we can practise with our partners -the only one in the UK as far as I know!
