Cancellation - Once a booking has been confirmed and a non refundable non transfereable deposit pounds has been recieved, the total payment is non refundable, should you decide to cancel the booking less than 48 hours prior to check in, or fail to turn up. Guests leaving earlier than stated in their original booking will have to pay the full amount of the original booking unless otherwise agreed with us. |
Arrival & Departure - Rooms are available from 4pm although earlier arrival may be possible with our agreement. Check out on day of departure is up to 10.30 am, unless otherwise agreed. Rooms still occupied after 11.30 am will incur a further nights charge. Breakfast is served between 7.30am - 9.30am unless otherwise agreed. |

Legal - The construction, performance and validity of this agreement shall in all respects be governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be governed by English law. August 2005. |

Alto Sax Property - We reserve the right to charge you the full cost of replacing or repairing any Alto Sax property you lose or damage however the damage is caused and we will take any action necessary to recover money due including any legal costs. Use of Alto Sax facilities - The use of the house, and grounds, swimming pool, tennis courts and hot tub are for use at your own risk. No responsibility or liability can be accepted for damage, loss or injury to guests or guest’s property. |
Optional nude areas - Only the patio, pool and hot tub are optional nude areas. These areas maybe extended by Alto Sax to other areas such as the house and tennis court depending on circumstances and is at the sole discretion of Alto Sax. Under no circumstances are guests allowed to walk around the grounds and associated farmland of the house, naked. Such behaviour will result in the guest(s) being asked to leave and no refund of the booking fee will be payable. Use of the internet is limited to e mails and web surfing. Use of our internet connection is on the understanding that no pornographic material is viewed or downloaded while staying at Alto Sax.Such usage IS PROHIBITED BY OUR INTERNET PROVIDER. Guests will be asked to leave without refund if this is found to be occuring and the police will be informed immediately. |
